Gator Gift Fund
How it Works
All funds collected are divided equally among the members of the faculty & staff and distributed at two different events throughout the year: The Faculty & Staff Holiday Luncheon hosted by Parent Council on December 15th and the Faculty & Staff Appreciation Lunch in May. Your one-time contribution covers both of these events and demonstrates our heartfelt thanks to these special individuals.
What to Give
This amount will vary from family to family and is both a personal decision as well as an anonymous gift. As a guideline, though, we would like you to consider what you would have spent on individual gifts to your students' various teachers and consider contributing that amount to the Gator Gift Fund instead. Many parents still choose to gift a handmade or home-baked gift in addition to the fund. We hope that all parents will consider contributing in any dollar amount as our overall goal is 100% family participation.
How to Give
In order to make giving more convenient, we have added the capability of using a credit card to contribute to the Gator Gift Fund below. However, cash and checks are also welcome and can be left in the Parent Council bin in the Main Office. We ask that all contributions be submitted by December 8th so that we have time to organize and distribute the gifts.
