Aaron Golub:
Achieving Goals Through Adversity
Thursday, November 13
5:30 p.m.

On Thursday, November 13th, The Rumson Country Day School will welcome Aaron Golub for a powerful and engaging program designed to inspire resilience, growth, and a fresh perspective on life’s challenges. Aaron Golub is a professional speaker, entrepreneur, and consultant who became the first legally blind division one athlete to play in a game. He works with his clients to shatter limiting beliefs and create true change. During the school day, Mr. Golub will meet with RCDS Upper School students at an assembly where he will share his tips and strategies with students.

While Aaron’s evening presentation is open to all parents, he will focus on the topics he discussed with our Upper School students during the day and share ways parents can continue the conversation and reinforce key takeaways at home. He also plans to leave plenty of time for specific questions, including how parents can help their children develop a growth mindset, build resilience, and embody the School's Four Pillars–Kind, Honest, Responsible, Respectful–in their daily lives. The evening parent presentation will equip parents with tools to model resilience for our children and provide strategies to help encourage and support our children) to:

• Develop courage to push through limitations, overcome adversities, and have the skills to tackle any challenge at hand.
• Use internal drive to destroy any negative opposition.
• Create positive momentum by shifting perspective and finding gratitude within adversities.
• Inspire and motivate, even in difficult circumstances.
• Identify challenges and transform obstacles into opportunities for success.

We extend a warm invitation to ALL parents, guardians, and community members to join us, and encourage you to bring friends along for an enriching experience. To attend this event, we kindly request that you complete the registration form below.
