Where Gator Grads Go
Begin Here.
Succeed Anywhere.
Begin your child’s education at RCDS and watch them succeed anywhere.
The lifelong value of an RCDS education becomes highly evident when eighth graders apply to high school. Gator grads matriculate to an impressive array of independent day, boarding, and public secondary schools each year.
Academically motivated. Conscientious. Ready to tackle new challenges. These are just a few of the characteristics synonymous with RCDS graduates that are nourished, encouraged, and developed over time.
By the time Gators reach eighth grade, they have investigated academic topics in-depth, written extensive research papers and defended their conclusions. RCDS students have learned how to manage their time and to advocate for themselves. They’ve performed on stage and can speak publicly with ease because they communicate ideas every day in so many ways. RCDS students are self-aware. They’ve assessed their strengths and weaknesses through Student-Led Conferences and have even set goals to reach their best potential. Younger students look up to RCDS eighth graders. They are role models who set the example, hold meaningful positions of responsibility, and readily step up to serve others. These extraordinary outcomes begin at RCDS and it’s the reason our Truly Great graduates are ready to make the most of their high school and college years.

“RCDS teachers encouraged us to immerse ourselves in the learning so we could understand it on a deeper level. I embrace this mindset as I enter my freshman year at Notre Dame. Many of my friends describe how hard the academic transition has been for them. For me, this step is just a continuation of my learning and it all started at RCDS."Hannah Reynolds
