By the time Gators reach eighth grade, they have investigated academic topics in-depth, written extensive research papers and defended their conclusions. RCDS students have learned how to manage their time and to advocate for themselves. They’ve performed on stage and can speak publicly with ease because they communicate ideas every day in so many ways. RCDS students are self-aware. They’ve assessed their strengths and weaknesses through Student-Led Conferences and have even set goals to reach their best potential. Younger students look up to RCDS eighth graders.
