Summer Camp Registration Open to the Community

The Rumson Country Day School invites all community children to explore, discover and soar at RCDS’s Summer Camp. The RCDS Summer Camp offers a dynamic theme-based program designed for children entering Nursery-Fifth Grade that integrates STEAM activities (Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Mathematics), Language Arts, and sports —all of which are taught by highly experienced staff including RCDS faculty and outstanding experts in the community to give campers the opportunity to learn alongside the best educators in the area.

 

Each week will introduce a unique theme that will influence the selection of an age-appropriate leveled book, STEAM inspired design-thinking projects and academic enrichment. Through a number of hands-on activities, campers are afforded the opportunity to create, construct, collaborate, problem-solve, enhance skills and avoid the summer slide. A varied sports program will round out the day to provide an exciting, fun-filled summer experience.

 

The six-week program runs from June 22-July 31. Campers can enroll for individual weeks or the whole six-week experience. All sessions in this six-week program meet from 9AM-12PM. Rolling registration is open Now-July.
