Getting to Know Carson T. Smith

Carson T. Smith officially became the ninth Head of School at The Rumson Country Day School on July 6. Mr. Smith brings impressive experience as a teacher, administrator, and educational leader to RCDS. Since much of our community remains #TogetherApart as a result of COVID-19, the new Head of School sat down for a wide-ranging conversation about his background, beliefs, and priorities for the coming year.
